Welcome to Live Life Fulfilled! My name is Michael C. Irvin and I am excited to get to know you! Whether you are just beginning on the journey of personal development or you are already living your best life and want to find clarity in one particular area, I am sure that together we can connect the dots and build the blueprint for a more fulfilled life.
The Why
​I am a strong believer in the idea that everything happens for a reason. I believe that the events in are lives are always pushing and guiding us along the path of a Divine plan for us to fulfill our purpose. For many years, I have found myself in positions to give people advice and to "walk" with them while they search for clarity. I never thought much of it until I was older and kept hearing the same feedback from those that I had connected with. It was along the lines of "That conversation we had really opened my eyes to a whole new way of thinking. How do you always know what to say?"
The full acceptance of me stepping into this role of helping people began when I had two people on two separate occasions tell me that I had completely changed their lives for the better. There was something within me that felt a sense of fulfillment from being able to have such a positive impact on someone else. It made me wonder if one of my gifts to give to this world was to be a beacon of light, illuminating new ways of thought in an effort to assist others in achieving greater fulfillment in their lives. For the first time in my life, I felt a strong sense of purpose.
Then I thought, what is the most effective way to use this gift and be of service to others? What kind of career would allow me to use my ability to see the best in people, exercise high levels of compassion, listen with a open ear to greater understand, develop blueprints for others to achieve new heights, all while listening to my intuition and allowing the wisdom of the Divine to flow through me? It seemed like a daunting task at first, but my search eventually led me to the world of life coaching.
The more I researched on life coaching and the ways to have effective development conversations with others, the more I realized I found myself wanting to walk down that path. I later found a coach and coaching program that truly spoke to me in Marianna Lead at Goal Imagery Institute and learned that I actually had a natural skill for coaching that I was previously unaware of. That's the beauty of trying new things. You never know what you are gonna like and be possibly be good at. From the very first coaching session I gave I was hooked. For me, there was something truly exciting about helping someone reach that moment when a light bulb goes off and suddenly the difficult makes sense. I hope to impact everyone I work with in this way.​
